Giants job is infinitely more attractive than the titans job. Bigger market, patient ownership, better qb prospects ( yes if you don’t open your eyes to that you are in denial) and same draft pick/ cap space odds. Titans will not get their pick at HC

I agree with all but the QB, Ward is better but is in a far worse situation. With that being said Dart is still a good & promising young QB.

As an ACC fan I watched a lot of Ward in his draft year and he looked like a pretty big project, which the Titans were not (and still are not) even remotely equipped for. He’d fairly regularly miss open receivers due to shitty mechanics and would commit some borderline Will Levis-level bad turnovers

No not at all. As a prospect sure but the tape is undeniable the things we thought dart didn’t have he has in diamonds and the things we thought were ward’s strengths are his weakness. If you held a gun to the titans head and they had to be honest they’d have picked Dart one overall with a redraft

You can’t judge Ward when he’s playing in a far worse situation, Ward still is a better QB than Dart when you’re looking at their skill sets

That is just false. The situation cam is in with Nabors and Skatteboo out is at best equal more likely better Ridley is back. He actually has a number one and everyone talks about how bad the titans OL individually grades well. Latham is an ascending tackle, skoronkski is a top three guard, Zeitler grades well, only issue is their center and he’s coming off a torn Achilles. It’s a cam ward’s skill set doesn’t translate the way people thought it would and Dart’s translates a lot better.

Sure healthy Jaxson dart is in a better situation but with the current injury state the only redeeming qualities are gone. Dart is currently in a much worse situation

Titans receivers can’t catch a ball besides Chimere and a washed Ridley, no true #1, the play calling is much worse which is very important to how well a young QB plays/develops. This team is very similar to the Panthers before Canales where they just threw shit at the well and told Young to go do something. The Giants actually had structure under Daboll and a coach who could call plays. Titans had a toddler at HC who couldn’t accept accountability for being shit. There’s more to the horrible

The playcalling sucks ass because cam Can’t read a defense, can’t make checks and has no idea how to not stare down a WR the tape is there dude it’s AWFUL

Cam can read a defense, the plays are awful and no one is a reliable target, that usually results in a QB doing what they think is best which isn’t what you want a young QB to do. It’s why Young look significantly worse his rookie season.

Locking onto dike every single play and fumbling the ball backwards while untouched is not a coaching issue its a player issue. I thought cam was a better prospect but reality is clear. The league misevaluated and punished Dart for playing in a veer and shoot. Do I think cam will become a league average starter yes but the only qb in that group with superstar potential is dart. The higher ceiling player is dart it’s undeniable he just has to learn to take care of himself

We’re not even a year into their careers…Cam locking onto his one semi-reliable WR is a coaching issue. That’s the only consistent thing in that offense so ofc that’s what he’s going to do.

Okonko is a serviceable TE, Gunnar helm has starting TE potential and he oft balls wide open WRs

Serviceable and potential doesn’t mean reliable right now. Even still then the play calling is awful, they are literally doing worse than a team that doesn’t exist anymore. It’s generationally bad.

Yes and cam is more a reason why than the playcalling. Giants playcalling was ass too.

Haven’t watched him much in the NFL but the college one that sticks with me is him fumbling against VT bc he was getting sacked and somehow thought he could make something happen despite being 90% of the way to the ground

He’s had a ton of turnovers doing that.

I do think he has a higher ceiling than Dart if he got some good coaching (he had some good anticipation on throws and a strong arm), but I have absolutely zero faith that the Titans are gonna help him develop well

It’s been an unmitigated disaster and for some reason nobody is willing to admit it he looks so lost in TN and yes I admit situation is bad but dart in an equally if not worse situation at least shows hope

Oh I think he’s dead like as a prospect the titans have already broken him
