I’d argue the Packers were in a Super Bowl window because Rodgers was still at his peak

You’re remembering the timelines wrong. The 2019 Packers were 15th in points, with Rodgers himself finishing just above the middle of the pack in passing stats. The Packers thought he was done so they drafted Love. He seems to have used that as motivation to enter a second peak as he threw 48 touchdowns and the Packers were #1 in points in 2020.
