Why are so many coordinators leaving to be a coordinator else where? Like I know it happens but it’s happened SO much this offseason

Nah I meant HC firings meaning coaches gonna take coordinators or leave coordinators meaning open positions

Yeah going off what #1 said, even tho they might take the same position, being on another team can open doors. Look at Declan Doyle for example. Being under an offensive HC he didn’t rly get to call plays for Chicago. Now in Baltimore he can
