Look at the schedules other MVP winners have had, they’re rarely running the gauntlet because you don’t pile up stats and wins doing that. Maye has been good enough to be seriously considered for the award, but ultimately I think Stafford will get it and that’s perfectly fine

Stafford and Maye have 6 common opponents and those opponents are all under .500 (NFC South, Ravens, Titans). The Patriots don’t control their division, which sucks and they got the good draw for divisions they played this year (NFC South and AFC North), and they capitalized on it

Not dissing on the patriots or Maye in particular, just that I don’t believe he should win mvp. He has cemented himself as one of the best up and coming qbs in the league
