They are right though. You CAN make changes, you CAN and WILL improve if you put in the work, you just have to work harder than a normal person, and need help (therapy, medical intervention, etc) to make the work more efficient. You aren’t trapped forever, and thinking you are is just damaging thought spirals talking

No Fr like I’ve done all the self improvement that’s available to me it’s literally just that I need meds atp (I do have them however they need to be higher lol) caffeine sooorta works too. But it’s a bandaid.
