did you accidentally do it or what did you do? i purposely overdosed on meds before but idek if i experienced that syndrome

Was having a lot of issues with compulsive thoughts and asked for help. Dr say change meds from SSRI to a TCA. Took them together for 3 days to switch meds, once I stopped taking both I got sick
