I love the diversity of the human mind because I’m the exact opposite, I can lock in in class but the concept of homework is out of my world view

Thought I would fail my exam cause I had such a hard time paying attention in class. I got a 72.5% which was 7% higher than the class average

I have severe state of hyper vigilance and the “spotlight effect” so it’s nearly impossible to fully concentrate in classrooms or controlled public settings 🙃

Me too, I’ve struggled my whole life with doing homework. But when I’m in class… I don’t even have to take notes, I just process everything lol.

i was just opening this post to say this, something about being in a school environment and being surrounded by people also trying to learn and my prof being able to see me is enough to make me lock tf in but the second i'm home i don't wanna do shit
