When I got my wisdom teeth out I refused to speak because my mouth hurt. They had to keep me for extra observation time to make sure they hadn’t fucked up. I vaguely remember some of it, but the story is hilarious. In all seriousness though, download WeaveChat. It’s a free customizable AAC app and great for multiple situations
