I’ve learned that being properly medicated has helped me remain focused and in the moment. Otherwise, my mind will just wander and I don’t have a choice where it goes. 😩 Also, I wouldn’t doubt that being a woman has something to do with it.

I have to say that I’ve been diagnosed for years at this point and my mind has never wandered or lost focus during sex.
