i think it just feels impossible bc i already suspect that i have adhd and autism so also having ocd just seems like im trying to collect disabilities like scout badges when its very possible to have all three and still be an independently functioning person

Adhd and Autism are very strongly linked, and contribute to stresses that cause or exasterbate OCD. These aren't statistically independent events so having all 3 really isn't that crazy.

Also, please, I'm speaking from experience, please do not let your fear of judgement prevent you from living a good and fulfilling life. I tried so hard to pretend I didn't have ADHD, even after being diagnosed. And now that I'm medicated, and treating it seriously, it feels like I'm living a full, complete life for the first time.

If somebody thinks that you're just getting diagnosed with mental illness for the fun of it, they can go die in a ditch. You have to live for you. You have to advocate for you. Nobody is gonna do it for you. If you don't have OCD that's great, if you do then you should know. Don't just ignore it.
