Yeah OCD has to do with intrusive thoughts and compulsions because of said thoughts. For some people that's cleaning, but for others it's not. I have unspecified OCD (I suspect pure O but don't have a diagnosis on that one) and I'm horrible at staying clean Also that's so funny to the person who reposted, because the words you used fit their assumptions ... "Organization & Cleaning Disorder" instead of "Obsessive Compulsive Disorder" 😂

PREACH- so frustrating that people expect a clean room when you have a debilitating mental illness- and in any case, symmetry and organizational OCD are awful

omg i have symmetry ocd and it affects my life so much like it makes it way harder to do anything especially when walking on a sidewalk with those lines
