I’ve had to explain this to people over and over again. Even my best friend since preschool. She made me feel bad about not wanting to come over and be in a room full of people I don’t know because “I have a job where I talk to people all day so I should be fine.” I work in healthcare where I work with people one on one and talk about my special interest all day 🙄 some people will just never understand
