trying to build up my tolerance for mint flavoring by forcing myself to chew mint gum for a few hours every day. after a month, i still hate it and cringe when i open it. but i will keep pushing. there’s no reason for me to do this. just torture for fun

not sure if this is relevant but if you have joint issues like EDS you're not supposed to chew gum

Seconding the actual plant. You can usually find mint leaves at the grocery store
