I hate having BPD and autism. All I do is unintentionally hurt my friends and family. I’m constantly rapid cycling and causing emotional whiplash for others, and it just won’t stop.

The best thing to do anytime you notice this happen is to just stop, apologize if you hurt them, and then rationalize yourself. Step out of the room and take a stroll around the building if you need. I promise it helps, coming from someone with both disorders.
