I had the same problem 🥲 the sense of urgency the anxiety created helped me function with adhd but on anti anxiety medication my adhd just gets out of control

I had similar with my prozac. My anxiety was better, but depression popped out of nowhere

no fr, i got put on lexapro and then i didn’t have the anxiety that made me pay attention
