Would it be weird to message my psychiatrist on a Saturday or should I just wait until Monday (if I remember and have the nerve)? My anxiety has been doing this: 📈. Also I’m spacing out all the time, keep getting confused, and just something is wrong

It wouldn’t be weird at all! It’d be better to reach out sooner than let that anxiety fester, especially since it seems to already be bad
