Sorry guys I posted this and got busy hanging out with my friends. I’ve been getting spravato treatments and taking an antidepressant and yes they consider me in remission I don’t need to go back for spravato until I feel like I need it again but I do still have to take my anti depressant every day. Of course I still get sad sometimes but it’s not an all consuming sadness where I have to lay down for days and it’s not a hopeless kind of sad

i’m so happy for you. it really is an amazing feeling to feel like you were taken seriously by doctors. none of this could have been done without a lot of work and development on your part <3
