It gave me insane mood swings like ok one minute and then utterly hopelessly depressed and can’t stop crying in like half an hour

I was thinking about trying it. does it help with executive dysfunction & emotional regulation? Is the crying more like a release or like it’s impeding.

Not for me. It does a lot for my anxiety and depression. Maybe somewhat more emotional in the sense that I feel less numb/detached and more present

i was on 150. helped my depression a lil bit but didn’t do anything for my adhd. it’s not technically an adhd med so makes sense

It also did nothing for my adhd. It does make my actual adhd meds more effective though
