this might be one of those situations where they feel like they’ve been there long enough to have ‘earned’ the complaining, but you’re very new and don’t know how bad it can get yet. very arbitrary. but also i don’t think they’re thinking of you as much as your anxiety says!

whenever i start a new job i like to really play myself up as the Super Duper Nice Person and compliment everyone all the time. you don’t have to go that far, but complimenting people is a very easy way to be liked

It’s not even my anxiety at this point one of my managers pulled me aside at the end and was girl people are saying you’re already talking smack and being disrespectful. (Side note, I’ve worked here hosting for around three months now)
