
um- so just ignore the time gap for this reply- I think part of what helps is I kinda set an eating routine. growing up i never had breakfast but now, that's like- crucial. Every morning I eat something even if it's not much (ideally something high in protein) even if i'm not hungry. I've been doing this for so long that it's not so hard to keep up with anymore, it's turning into a sort of "habit". also- ur supposed to eat either before or when u take it so maybe that could help?
