“Higher education is a scam” is propaganda btw. Don’t fall for it. Yes, college is disgustingly expensive (a different issue) but we’re privileged enough to be here.
Get educated now while you still can. I know it’s hard, look after yourself.
I like getting educated it’s fun. The adhd making it difficult is less fun. But college is great! :3 I failed classes so I get to stay here even longer! :3 (I’m going to be so in debt but honestly I’m just glad to have been able to come back :3) I love my friends.

it’s a financial scam for sure, but the value of education is important for a career in this country. though it’s starting to feel less useful as i keep hearing stories of people with hella degrees being unable to land even the most entry level position

my father is an engineer, he tells countless stories of coworkers that work harder than he does and still get paid less because he has a college degree and they don't. at this point higher education is a necessity if you want to make good money.

Vyvanse. I’ve got diagnosed Autism, ADHD, and Bipolar 2.
I’m also on Wellbutrin which has helped immensely with depression.

That’s a skill issue. If you can get multiple degrees you can get a job.

How the hell did you get this far with no meds. I would have lost my scholarship first semester if my mom hadn’t mailed me my brother’s vyvanse.

My pattern recognition allowed me to quickly memorize information, dump it onto an exam sheet, and completely forget about it.
I only recently got out of academic distress. It’s been hard, but now I’m motivated.
