Neurodivergent on Sidechat | i live with two people who have Very strong adhd. our common spaces are almost never clean because they struggle to keep it tidy, and im getting sick of having to clean up after them, even after ive asked them to clean. does anyone have any advice??

Share you concerns and make a cleaning schedule together that everyone is expected to abide by— have a whiteboard or paper that shows the schedule that is posted in the common area to help them remember when it’s their turn

i tried that but then shit literally starts rotting and im worried abt bugs. we alr have a gnat problem

i proposed that but one of them hasnt been sticking to it and the other said it wouldnt work for him because of demand avoidance 😔
