Got into a caffeine induced hyperfocus cleaning last night. Tried to stop and lay down at 2:30am (bedtime is 11-11:30pm) didn’t sleep til close to 5am. I should’ve just kept going bc now I’m tired but with less results

Yes 😭 idk if it was one of the cats or if it was just my body’s alarm clock (I get up that tie for work but i was OFF TODAY) UGH
