i can’t stand for very long because of blood pooling, and if i don’t have a lot of electrolytes a day, by the end of the day my legs are so weak i can barely walk. during flareups that happens anyway. squatting also sucks, i’m more likely to get lightheaded and have heart palpitations when i stand up from a squat.

you can google the tilt table test, it basically measures your body’s reaction to gravity and how the blood pools. it can be a good indicator of pots

POTS is awful. I was recently diagnosed but it has been years of almost passing out or fainting and/or then standing up and almost falling over or fainting. Heart palpitations, irregular tight chest feelings. Cravings for salt 🧂. You can find more on Google!! DM me if you wanna discuss

for me the earliest & most noticeable warning signs were 1) getting dizzy and overwhelmed out of seemingly nowhere, especially on warm days, Especially while showering and 2) inability to stay hydrated no matter how much water I drank, then feeling noticeably better after chugging an electrolyte drink (bodyarmor lyte is my go-to)
