i had to take single gen ed math course in college. the homework was through an online program that had a help option. i’m so bad at algebra that at some point the help option couldn’t help me & asked me if i wanted it to email my prof 😭
literally only passed the class bc i befriended a classmate that was very strong in the subject (thank you sierra 🥹)

It sounds like you needed one-on-one attention, so that the pieces you were missing or not understanding could actually be addressed, and not scripted help that follows a NT approach.

I believe it, and I’m sorry. It’s an established pattern at every university: contraction of things like math and humanities, forcing people into teaching things they don’t want to or aren’t invested in.
