Woah same about the teeth. Sensory aspect of toothpaste is so bad I vomit (which then defeats the purpose of brushing my teeth) AND I have ocd about chemicals so Im not putting them in my mouth 😭. Brushing with water mixed with baking soda is tolerable and I’m okay with flossing tho
I think it’s worth a try. Can’t guarantee it will work since it does still have a taste but it doesn’t linger like toothpaste does and since baking soda is edible it doesn’t scare me from a putting chemicals in my mouth perspective. I was taught it at a php program so it is a viable alternative if it works tho!
