Ketamine is so top tier I’ve tried a lot of shit at this point and nothing quite hits like being 2-20% improved of inner turmoil and depressive symptoms 😳🤙

I’ve had a ton of ketamine infusions so I can answer too. Side effects can get bad but they are very temporary! I’m always fine the next morning and usually by a few hour later. I’ve seen people vomit and I had a meltdown once since it can be hard to control your thoughts in it. I also get very very dizzy and can’t walk myself after. During it, it feels a bit like dissociation to me. It’s very effective for my suicidal ideation though

Okay I take St. John’s wort. It’s a natural remedy to depression. I read that the Mayo Clinic even has said positive about both of these as of recent.

It’s not good to take regularly, the crystal stays in the same form as it travels through your body and is bad for your kidneys. Second biggest disadvantage is probably the price, costs like 100 bucks for a gram. It can feel very dizzy/overwhelming if you take too much especially if it’s your first experiences with dissociatives. Otherwise it’s pretty short and clean feeling, and orients you to navigate thoughts and feelings that cause stress.

You don’t need a lot to have a pretty beneficial experience, a decent bump is enough for me to have a good session with very manageable physical symptoms/nausea (if any). Post nasal drip is pretty salty/bitter. I’ve tried St. John’s wort as well, works for me a little but gives me light sensitivity. I hear it can cause eye damage so I don’t usually use it regularly.

Thanks for the input. I never take it regularly just when natural disasters occur. lol
