Ok correct me if I’m wrong but it sounds like it’s rly important to know when to stand up for yourself and be able to not blame yourself, to walk away and let ppls anger be their problem when you know you’ve done all you can.
yes this is very important. if you’re unable to do this, you will end up being a doormat and a yes men. learn these skills to save yourself the headache of dealing with terrible people

I have a bunch of trauma that makes everything complicated and I’m trying to figure out if this is what I need to work on
