I have issues with hygiene, specifically showering and brushing my teeth, but I always feel so amazing when I’m clean like I did a whole routine and moisturized today I even flossed and I washed my sheets recently and they’re nice and soft I’m so happy :]
If it helps, I break my toothbrushing down into parts and sections and use WAY less toothpaste! A lil dab then I brush my front teeth, spit and repeat for as many sections as you want! Helps me with the sensory issues!

ooo maybe I’ll try that, tbh I don’t mind the experience of brushing my teeth as much as I just don’t have the motivation to just actually do it haha

Put your toothbrush in the shower! That way you're already in there, might as well do it anyways!
