I feel like a lot of people do not understand how overstimulating and stressful a period could be as someone w sensory issues and the flux of issues it brings. Like it’s annoying for everyone but even additionally so for us

Like allistic people would prob think I’m insane but I can ONLY wear maxi or night pads from one brand. As a kid I wore 6 pairs of underwear on my cycle. As an adult I got it down to 2-3 but I still hate all feeling that comes with it and it just feels out of control. Don’t even joke lad abt cramps

I ran out of space but absolutely pmdd as well. It just further excentuates my underlying depression. If I get thoughts of ending it all it’s literally a signifier im getting my cycle, which should NOT be normal lmfao
