Multivitamins! There’s always gonna be vitamin gaps with texture problems so supplements help fill that in

Steamed vegetables! Softens them enough to get rid of the hard crunchy texture I hate

Hot sauce! Peppers are still involved and any texture issues is usually covered by the actual food.
