Life hack but if I’m ever feeling a late night craving (and don’t have anything fruits or vegetables readily available) I just eat a hefty spoonful of peanut butter. Filling from protein, takes care of sweet tooth, goes down slowly (probably some fiber?)
I’m a weirdo and I only crave fruits and vegetables at night. But then during the day, all I have is Diet Coke. And then like a granola bar when I take my meds.
