Anyone else have trouble waking up in the mornings and like even those alarm apps don’t do anything. I can’t have my volume blasting like I want bc I have a roommate and if I have it set to make me type or do puzzles I end up doing them in my sleep

Like I have had full phone conversations with my sister while entirely asleep and then when she talks to me later that day I don’t remember them at all. I once gave my friends the password to my phone, a six number code, to unlock it and turn off my blasting alarm bc I was still asleep.

Have you tried a vibrating alarm? I think they make them as bracelets now too.

I put an alarm clock on the opposite side of the room so it forces me to stand up and walk over to it

I got a lock box with small holes in it and put the key somewhere annoying before bed. When my alarm goes off I have to get up to get the key to unlock the box

I don’t know if you have the means to get an Apple Watch, or some sort of smart watch – but I had this problem and my Apple Watch will vibrate my wrist… Wakes me up every time because it’s a physical sensation on my skin

I use my phone that i have set to vibrate for all of my alarms. I fear that if I spend the money on a bracelet version, I’ll just take it off in the morning once it starts going off.

there’s also ones that you attach to your bed somehow or put under the pillow
