If you’re interested, there’s this review of a bunch of studies that looked at the association between ASD and certain facial characteristics. It’s an interesting read. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10856091/

One of the limitations of the studies they reviewed is that they mostly looked at younger children, though. One of the studies included people up to age 18. Face changes with age, so it would be interesting to study it in adults, too.
