Warded off a crash out cuz my professor wants us to take notes as we read and submit them… I already read slow it told me twenty minutes to turn the damn page while taking notes and he won’t accept annotations and I can’t drop it because I need the credit

You need to make your disability visible. Do it now, before have a bigger problem.

This might not be super time saving but it's helped me sometimes! When I'm in a hurry doing something like that, I read the page first, then go back and take notes. That way all of the information is already digested, and I can just write down bullet points of what was most important and summarize/paraphrase anything that didnt make sense to me in the authors words. Good luck! I hope your prof lightens up ♥️

I don’t know what kind of person your prof is, but I know this is a reality and so not require it. I “simply” (might not be simple in practice) need to understand that there is an issue and how I can help.
