Just realized that taking my antidepressants actually makes me not depressed and taking my adhd meds helps me focus

For context I was having the WORST week and weekend ever and it’s partly because I stopped taking my meds for 3 days and now life is beautiful again and it’s worth living

Which ones do you take? I’m taking Prozac but I think I need something for ADHD

Hi!!! I take Lexapro for depression and anxiety and I take Focalin for my adhd. I’m actually thinking of getting my Focalin switched soon because it’s been giving me a rapid heart rate whenever the medicine kicks in, but that’s just my experience and I’ve been on both for about 5 years now.

Yes they gave me straterra but I stopped taking it I feel like even tho I can focus a bit my body’s so antsy and jumpy and my heart rate drops too like high on caffeine
