It ain’t ur fault. If someone shows up to work every day with blue hair and then suddenly have red hair, it might take a sec to recognize them

It’s ok. I’ve been working in the same place for 9 months and still don’t know the names of our weekly volunteers 😬 none of them wear name tags so usually I have to hear someone else say their name but I feel so bad and it’s been so long I can’t just ask without feeling awful and offensive.
