I hate the phrase “heal loudly.” I just want to heal. More than that, I want to heal with support. I also just want the others in my life to heal. Their lack of healing is directly the reason I can’t. Feeling like nothings gonna change.

And talk to yourself aloud when you’re alone Like I do daily recaps when I’m alone at my house I’ll just talk about my day to myself and what I wanna get done tomorrow and what I got done today and my speeds on stuff and what I was inefficient on

I do “3 2 1” lots if I’m procrastinating Or having a comfort object like a rock or a lil gizmo/gadget in your pocket from some good times always helps Anyways I hope you do better mr(s). stranger :)
