So…. After reading the comments in other posts. Supposedly via contextual clues you were supposed to pick up she was interested and wanted to walk with him / be walked to her class and not just see him there. So him saying “see you there” was a rejection rather than embracing the situation she had created, and that’s why she threw herself out a window and why her friend was pissed. 😬

I think that’s earnestly the joke, and it’s tbh a pretty deep cut. Like if you watch it on repeat you understand, however in the middle of an episode it’s like maybe 10-15 seconds hard to pickup on all that detail.
