
for me it’s problems maintaining relationships. Mainly through consistency with texting/ etc. I don’t lose them I just end up distancing myself. Problems maintaining basic self care. Which makes me feel guilty and lazy. Chronic stress, worsened mental health (anxiety ✨) sometimes accompanied by physical symptoms like stomach issues or FATIGUE. Which makes everything way harder. trouble relaxing. Things piling up because I don’t plan ahead cause I’m just trying to get thru the day
i get a lot of decision fatigue. can’t decide what to have for dinner, can’t even consider deciding on how to spend my free time. i do a whole lot of nothing and feel bad the whole time lol. and a lot of hiding in my apartment as well, not doing anything social because i don’t have the energy
