
You don’t “suck”. And college looks different for everyone, there’s literally no right way to do it. If your school has a writing center, become a regular there. I know that at my school it’s been really helpful. Or maybe ask a friend in that class to review your writing. It’s ok to need input, it’s a core step in writing.
College and school in general is not formatted in a way that benefits neurodivergent people. It makes sense that you’re struggling. School is hard, but it’s a lot harder when the system is literally built in a way that doesn’t work with your brain. Your worth is not measured by your academic accomplishments. You are worthy because you are human and you have things to offer the world, even if they aren’t considered “productive” or “useful.”
