That’s actually very cool imo as long as you’re not actually supporting it

One of the first YTP’s is actually anti-nazi propaganda. It’s called “Schicklgruber doing the Lambeth Walk”

the way propaganda operates is undeniably fascinating as hell and imo it’s wise to become familiar enough with those tactics, semiotics, dogwhistles etc that you can recognize how they’re being used in your own environment

oh nice, that’s actually really interesting to me :0 especially since even today, one of the most popular YTP creators is that guy who mashes up clips from alt-right fascist bastards for the sake of mocking them—didn’t realize the political precedent went that far back! web history / histories of internet subcultures is one of my fave special interests

+ personally as an antifascist queer man in subcultural scenes, i’m also intensely interested in wrapping my head around why/how nazi groups past-&-present often manage to attract [or even are spawned by??] certain small clusters of queer men (while he’s a conservative imperialist rather than a full-blown nazi, Yukio Mishima has been a useful case study for me)

Do you take the Oswald Mosley theory seriously just out of curiosity
