Ok is it just a me thing or can anyone else not hear something without subtitles. Like I am not deaf but if there are no subtitles I will not hear anything I am watching

#3 29wI legit told this to my audiologist and it got put in my report thing verbatim and idk why but I find it hillarious. (But also annoying ofc when I can’t understand smthg without them! ESP when it’s a college prof video..)
