this is so much better than just staring at the ceiling and ignoring the sksksksksksksksb but ofc in MODERN SOCIETY adhd is uwuified and sO qUiRkY and for some reason there’s a need to mask ALL THE CHAOS to avoid stigma and being treated differently and i should now stop ranting about nothing on an anonymous forum but it’s the nd one so surely people can relate
