
Try to keep something super plain accessible (like saltines if you don’t have allergies). When you need to eat, just convince yourself to take a little nibble. If it is tolerable, take another nibble. Hopefully this builds some momentum that you can use to get yourself to eat more. I find that plain foods with non-confrontational textures and low effort to access are the most helpful, especially when the thought of eating makes me nauseous. Ofc you may have tried this already 😭
