anyone have tips for eating when the thought of any food disgusts you? i just got groceries including safe food but none of it feels edible right now but im so hungry. i ate a good lunch and had a protein shake so eating anything would be ok at this point

Try to keep something super plain accessible (like saltines if you don’t have allergies). When you need to eat, just convince yourself to take a little nibble. If it is tolerable, take another nibble. Hopefully this builds some momentum that you can use to get yourself to eat more. I find that plain foods with non-confrontational textures and low effort to access are the most helpful, especially when the thought of eating makes me nauseous. Ofc you may have tried this already 😭
