it’s so annoying to dislike food so much. bc the thought of eating anything rn just makes me nauseous. but i’m starving!!! but food just sounds so gross rn!!!! but i haven’t eaten in nearly 24 hours so i have to but ouhhhddgggdhg tasting something is bad

invest in protein shakes. if you hate the shakes, clear protein exists and is more juice like.

not saying it’s a perfect solution or will necessarily work for you, but personally smoking weed helps me get around the aversion to eating

I am the same way. I hate eating and only do it because I have to. But yes protein shakes and smoothies are a life saver! They aren’t “food” so I can trick my body into drinking them

exactly what i was gonna say. find a flavor of protein shake that you like and stock up on it
