
Just speak honestly, it’s always worth doing so, especially with a partner. You’ll feel way worse if you don’t. If they were in the same boat, you’d be there to comfort them. Treat yourself like how you’d want your partner, or really anyone in a bad mental state, to be treated. Get support anywhere you can find it. Advice like this will always sound cheesy and cliche, but it’s for good reason. Best of luck and remember that people do care. :)
