I have to go back to work after having a mental health crisis and missed two days that I was scheduled. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about it my anxiety is killing me and I haven’t been able to call my boss.

just say you had a health emergency and you’re sorry for how it’s impacted your team. it’s none of their business what happened or what’s going on with your health that’s confidential
