Atp I’ve just made the decision to stfu n adhere to firmer boundaries, but it’s so hard. Especially when I feel more comfortable around ppl even when ik I shouldn’t. Like god every fucking time I open my mouth I get a look from someone. I’m sorry for saying literally anything ever when I’m just trying to be friendly
