I have issues w/ food texture but I’m trying to eat more fruit. I really have a hard time w/ it tho. I end up buying some and it just goes bad. I dont like wasting obviously. I don’t own a blender (or the $ for one) so i can’t make smoothies. Any tips??

if you like crunchy things i second the cereal idea and i’ll suggest yogurt with granola and fruit. u could use frozen fruit for that so it won’t go bad as quickly as fresh fruit

Crush up berries and put them in yogurts, make strawberry milk, cut them super small and add them to cereals…

Some fruits like apples and oranges last a very long time (more than a month) in the fridge and are quite affordable! You can also try frozen fruit or freezing fresh fruit if the texture isn’t too yikes

Put them in peanut butter sandwiches. Apple and banana ofc are the go tos for this but you can do anything you want. Softer fruits go good chopped up in yogurt Ofc this is all dependent on if the texture works or no

Things like raspberries, blueberries, grapes, etc where the texture isn’t consistent
